Why is email address validation important?
Email marketing campaigns with a high bounce rate (>5%) damage the domain's reputation. Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo penalize senders with many bounces — your future emails may start going to spam.
Validation before sending a campaign reduces bounce rate from a typical 3-5% to <1%. This saves money (mailing services charge per valid address), improves domain reputation and increases open rates.
Format vs deliverability
Valid format is NOT the same as a deliverable email. Format check only verifies the regex structure (john@beohosting.com is a valid format). But whether john@beohosting.com actually receives email — that is shown by MX check + domain reputation. Our tool does both.

An MX (Mail Exchange) record is a DNS record that defines an email server for a domain. If a domain has no MX record, emails sent to that domain cannot be delivered. Our tool performs a real DNS MX query for each address — if the MX record does not exist or is invalid, deliverability is low.
What is a disposable email and why is it a problem?
Disposable emails (tempmail, mailinator, 10minutemail) are temporary email services that are activated for 10 minutes - 1 hour. Users use them to bypass registration without real emails. Leads with a disposable email have value close to zero — they cannot be contacted again after expiry.
What are role accounts (info@, admin@, support@)?
Role accounts are email addresses that represent a function in a company, not a person. Typical examples: info@, admin@, support@, sales@, contact@, webmaster@, abuse@. For B2B marketing they are not bad, but for personal direct mail (cold outreach) a real personal email is needed to have a chance of a reply.
