How to check the validity of an email address?

Why is email address validation important?
Email marketing campaigns with a high bounce rate (>5%) damage the domain's reputation. Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo penalize senders with many bounces — your future emails may start going to spam.
Validation before sending a campaign reduces bounce rate from a typical 3-5% to <1%. This saves money (mailing services charge per valid address), improves domain reputation and increases open rates.
Format vs deliverability
Valid format is NOT the same as a deliverable email. Format check only verifies the regex structure (john@beohosting.com is a valid format). But whether john@beohosting.com actually receives email — that is shown by MX check + domain reputation. Our tool does both.
Bulk vs single mode
Single mode is ideal for individual checks (lead form submit, contact form). Bulk mode (up to 50 addresses) is for marketing lists before a campaign. For enterprise (1000+ addresses) we recommend dedicated services like ZeroBounce or NeverBounce.
