Terms of Service for BeoHosting Group d.o.o. — a transparent legal framework for all our customers.

1General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the relationship between BeoHosting Group d.o.o., Požeška 12a, Čukarica, 11000 Belgrade, PIB: 112568867 (hereinafter: "Provider") and users of the services (hereinafter: "User"). By using any service from the Provider, the User confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with the User being notified of changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
2Description of Services
The Provider offers the following services: web hosting (shared, WordPress, business), VPS servers, dedicated servers, reseller hosting, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, email hosting, backup storage and additional services. The exact specifications of each service are defined on the Provider's website and in the offer/quotation. The Provider undertakes to deliver services in accordance with the description and specifications listed at the time of ordering.
3Registration and Account
To use the services, the User must create an account with accurate and current personal data. The User is responsible for the security of their access credentials (username and password) and for all activity on their account. In the event of unauthorized access, the User must notify the Provider immediately. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of breach of these Terms.
4Payment and Pricing
Prices for services are expressed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change. The User will be notified of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Payment is made in advance for the chosen period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually). Available payment methods: bank transfer, payment cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. Late payment may result in service suspension. For legal entities, the Provider issues an invoice (BeoHosting is not VAT-registered).
5Money-Back Guarantee
The Provider offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from service activation for all shared hosting, WordPress hosting and business hosting plans. The guarantee does not apply to VPS servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates and additional services. To obtain a refund, the User must submit a request via ticket from the customer panel. Refunds are issued via the same payment method within 14 business days.
6Use of Services
The User undertakes to use the services in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and international laws. The following is prohibited: sending unsolicited mail (spam), hosting illegal content, distributing malware, infringement of copyright, launching DDoS attacks or phishing activities, excessive use of server resources at the expense of other users. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice in case of serious breach of these rules.
7Uptime Guarantee
The Provider guarantees 99.9% server availability on a monthly basis. This guarantee does not cover: planned maintenance (about which the User will be notified in advance), problems caused by force majeure, problems on the User's side or third parties, or large-scale DDoS attacks. If availability falls below the guaranteed level, the User is entitled to account credit proportional to the period of unavailability.
8Backup and Data Responsibility
The Provider runs automatic daily backups of all hosting accounts. However, the Provider does not assume responsibility for data loss and recommends the User to regularly make their own backups. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to restore data from backups when needed, but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of backups under all circumstances.
9Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data or business opportunity. The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the damage. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10Privacy and Data Protection
The Provider collects and processes the User's personal data in accordance with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR. The collected data is used solely for providing services, invoicing, technical support and communication. The Provider will not share personal data with third parties, except when necessary for the provision of the service (e.g. domain registration) or when required by law.
11Termination of Contract
The User may cancel the service at any time by submitting a request via ticket. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. The Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect in the case of serious breach of these Terms, with written notice. In case of termination, the User has 30 days to retrieve their data before the account is deleted.
12Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of the services will be resolved by the competent court in Belgrade. These Terms enter into force on 01.01.2024. Last modified: 01.01.2026.
