Names reserved by RNIDS (such as names of special importance for the Republic of Serbia) cannot be registered. The registrant is responsible for not infringing the rights of others, and disputes over a name are decided by the Commission at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
Accuracy of data
All registrant data must be accurate and up to date. RNIDS may deactivate and delete a domain if the data is false or incorrect. The registrant must report any change in the data within 15 days.
