Key points at a glance

Services are paid for in advance, for the selected billing period (most often annually), and renew automatically for the next period of the same length until you cancel them.

When you pay by card, the card is stored in tokenised form with the payment processor (HolestPay and Banca Intesa), and each subsequent renewal is charged to it automatically on the day the paid period expires. We never see or store the full card number or the CVV code.

We send the renewal invoice, stating the amount and the charge date, by email 15 days in advance (5 days in advance for services billed monthly).

You can delete a saved card at any time on the Saved Cards page, and cancel a service in the Client Area — no later than the day before the due date, free of charge and without giving any reason.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to new hosting packages. Automatic renewal charges and payments for VPS and dedicated servers, domains and SSL certificates are not refunded, except where required by law or where the Provider itself made a billing error (e.g. charged the same invoice twice).

  • Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person and who acquires the services for purposes not intended for their business or other commercial activity.
  • Business Customer — a Customer that is a legal entity or a sole trader, as well as a natural person who acquires the services for the purposes of their business or professional activity.
  • Service — any service offered by the Provider (Section 2), in the scope and with the features specified in the order.
  • Client Area — the client portal at panel.beohosting.com, in which the Customer orders, pays for and manages services, invoices and saved cards.
  • Billing period — the period for which a service is paid in advance (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or multi-year).
  • Renewal (automatic renewal) — the start of the next billing period of the same length, for which the fee falls due, without any separate request by the Customer (Section 5).
  • Saved card — a reference (token) to the Customer’s payment card, stored by the payment processor, which enables the Provider to initiate a charge without the card details having to be entered again (Section 6).

1.2.

The contract between the Provider and the Customer consists of: these Terms; the order, with the specification and price of the service as displayed at the time of ordering; the invoices issued; and the documents to which these Terms refer — Complaints and Refunds, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where something different has been specifically agreed with the Customer (e.g. in a written contract with a Business Customer), the specifically agreed provisions prevail.

1.3.

Provisions that apply only to Consumers or only to Business Customers are expressly indicated as such. No provision of these Terms excludes or limits the rights to which a Consumer is entitled under the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača, Official Gazette of the RS No. 35/2026) and other mandatory regulations — in particular the right of withdrawal, the rights in respect of non-conformity of the service and the right to lodge a complaint. The provisions excluding refunds and limiting liability apply to Consumers only to the extent permitted by those regulations.

Description of Services and Delivery

2.1.

The Provider provides web hosting (shared, WordPress, business and reseller hosting), email hosting, VPS servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, renewal and transfer, SSL certificates, backup and storage space, as well as additional services (e.g. website maintenance, migrations, software licences and AI Builder credits).

2.2.

The features, technical limitations and price of each service are as stated on the website and in the Client Area at the time of ordering and form an integral part of the contract. The Provider shall provide the service in accordance with that description.

2.3.

Services are delivered exclusively by electronic means: access credentials are sent to the account email address and are available in the Client Area, so there is no physical delivery, no delivery costs, no export restrictions and no customs formalities. As a rule, hosting packages and VPS servers are activated automatically, immediately after the payment has been recorded. Domain registration depends on confirmation by the competent registry, and the issuance of SSL certificates on the verification (validation) carried out by the certificate issuer, while dedicated servers are delivered within the time frame stated in the offer. If, for reasons attributable to the Provider, a service is not activated within 30 days of payment, the Customer may terminate the contract and is entitled to a refund of the full amount paid for that service.

2.4.

The payment card is charged at the time the order is paid and, for subsequent billing periods, automatically on the due date of the renewal invoice (Section 6).

2.5.

The designation “unlimited” (e.g. for monthly traffic or the number of email accounts) means that the Provider does not set a predetermined quantitative limit for that item and does not charge extra for it. Even then, the service is to be used within the bounds of normal use for the purpose of the package (hosting websites and email), subject to per-account technical resource limits (CPU, memory, number of processes, disk speed) that ensure stable server operation for all users. If usage persistently exceeds those bounds, the Provider will notify the Customer and propose a suitable package; resources may be temporarily restricted without prior notice only in order to protect server stability.

2.6.

The Customer may switch to a larger or smaller package in the Client Area; the price difference is calculated pro rata for the remaining part of the billing period.

2.7.

The Provider may upgrade and change its technical infrastructure, software and the location of its equipment for the purposes of security, regulatory compliance and service improvement, provided that this does not diminish the agreed features of the service and that the Customer does not incur any additional costs as a result.

Conclusion of the Contract and Customer Account

3.1.

The contract is concluded electronically, in the Client Area, through the following steps: (1) selection of the service and billing period; (2) entry or verification of the Customer’s details; (3) review of the order showing the total price, with the possibility of identifying and correcting any errors in the data entered before confirmation; (4) acceptance of these Terms by ticking the relevant box; (5) confirmation of the order by clicking the order button, whereby the Customer assumes the obligation to pay. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order, and the Provider sends the Customer an order confirmation and an invoice by email without delay.

3.2.

The contract is concluded in the Serbian language. Orders, invoices and payment history are stored in the Client Area and remain available to the Customer at all times, and these Terms are publicly available on this page and can be saved and printed.

3.3.

The Customer may be an adult natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity or a sole trader. The Customer shall provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and shall update it in the Client Area without delay. The account email address is used for all notices under these Terms (invoices, renewal notices and notices of charges and of amendments to the Terms), and the Customer shall therefore keep it valid and accessible.

3.4.

Before activation, the Provider may verify the Customer’s identity or request additional documentation in order to prevent fraud, and may also refuse an order, with a refund of the full amount paid. The Provider may suspend or cancel a service if it establishes that false details or the details of another person have been provided, or that a payment card has been used without its holder’s authorisation, and may notify the competent authorities thereof.

3.5.

The Customer is responsible for keeping their access credentials safe and for all actions performed through their account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. The Customer shall report any unauthorised access to the account to the Provider immediately.

Prices, Payment and Invoices

4.1.

Prices are displayed on the website and in the Client Area — for Customers from Serbia in Serbian dinars (RSD), and for Customers outside Serbia in euros (EUR) or another currency displayed when ordering. The Provider is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged, and there are no hidden costs: the price displayed in the order before it is confirmed is the final price for the selected billing period.

4.2.

Services are paid for in advance, for the entire selected billing period.

4.3.

Payment methods:

  • by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and DinaCard payment cards, through the HolestPay payment system, with Banca Intesa a.d. Beograd as the acquiring bank;
  • by payment to the Provider’s bank account on the basis of the invoice issued (for Customers from Serbia);
  • for Customers outside Serbia: by international bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN) and via PayPal.

The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed in the Client Area.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data

4.4.

When payment card details are entered, the confidential information is entered into a securely isolated form of the HolestPay payment system and transmitted over the public network in protected (encrypted) form, using the SSL/TLS protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by HOLEST E-COMMERCE d.o.o., the payment card processor, and Banca Intesa a.d. Beograd, so the entire payment process takes place outside the Provider’s system, and all channels through which card data is transmitted or stored (in the case of a saved card) are certified under the PCI DSS standard. At no time are payment card details available to the Provider: the Provider has access only to the masked card number (in the form NNNN NN•• •••• NNNN), the card type and the month and year of the card’s expiry, as provided by the payment processor. The card security code (CVV2/CVC2) is not stored by any of the participants in the transaction. A payment in which the Customer enters card details is authorised with 3D Secure verification (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, etc.) where supported by the card issuer.

Currency Conversion Statement

4.5.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia — the Serbian dinar (RSD). For the informative display of prices in other currencies, an exchange rate based on the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used, and an invoice expressed in a foreign currency is charged in its dinar equivalent at the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by the card schemes, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Invoices, Late Payment and Price Changes

4.6.

For each payment, the Customer receives an invoice in electronic form, available in the Client Area and sent to the account email address, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the Provider. After each card payment — including when the charge is automatic — the Customer also receives a transaction confirmation by email (payment outcome, amount, date and time, authorisation code, order number and masked card number).

4.7.

If an invoice is not paid by the due date, the Provider sends the Customer reminders to the account email address; Consumers are not charged any reminder fees. Once 15 days have elapsed from the due date, and subject to prior notice, the service may be suspended (temporarily disabled) and, if the debt is still not settled even then, terminated, with the data being deleted in accordance with Section 17. For amounts not paid when due, the Provider is entitled to statutory default interest and, in relation to Business Customers, also to the other rights of a creditor provided by law, including compensation under the Act on Deadlines for the Settlement of Monetary Obligations in Commercial Transactions (Zakon o rokovima izmirenja novčanih obaveza u komercijalnim transakcijama).

4.8.

The Provider may change the prices of its services. A change does not affect billing periods that have already been paid. For services already contracted, the new price applies from the next renewal, provided that the Customer has been notified of it by email at least 30 days before the renewal date; the Customer may then cancel the service before the renewal at no cost whatsoever, in the manner set out in Section 5.5. Promotional prices and discounts apply only for the period stated in the promotion (as a rule, the first billing period), and renewal takes place at the regular price displayed when ordering or, as applicable, in the Client Area.

Contract Term and Automatic Renewal

5.1.

The service contract is concluded for an indefinite period and remains in force until the Customer or the Provider terminates it in accordance with these Terms. The service is paid for in advance, for the billing period selected when ordering. Upon the expiry of each paid billing period, the service renews automatically — the next billing period of the same length begins and the fee for it falls due. Automatic renewal is enabled by default for all services, including domains, whose registration with the registry is extended for the next period.

5.2.

Before each renewal, the Provider issues a renewal invoice and sends it to the account email address — 15 days before the current billing period expires, and, for services billed monthly, 5 days before it expires. The invoice states the service, the next billing period, the amount and the due date. If the Customer has a saved card, the notice also states that the amount will be charged automatically to the saved card on the due date. For domains, the Provider additionally sends notices of the upcoming expiry of the registration, as a rule 15 and 7 days before expiry.

5.3.

The renewal price is equal to the amount stated on the renewal invoice, in accordance with the price list and the rules set out in Section 4.8.

5.4.

If the Customer has a saved card, the renewal is charged automatically, in the manner set out in Section 6. In all other cases, the Customer pays the renewal invoice by the due date using the selected payment method.

5.5.

The Customer may at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason, cancel a service and thereby prevent its renewal:

  • by submitting a request to cancel the service in the Client Area — the service is not renewed and ends upon expiry of the paid billing period (or earlier, if the Customer so chooses);
  • by disabling automatic domain renewal in the Client Area;
  • by a request sent to support — via a ticket in the Client Area or by email to podrska@beohosting.com.

To prevent the renewal and the charge for the next period, the request must be submitted no later than the day before the due date of the renewal invoice. Following timely cancellation, the Provider does not charge for the next period. Deleting a saved card stops automatic charging but does not in itself cancel the service (Section 6.6).

5.6.

Non-payment of a renewal invoice is not deemed to be cancellation of the service; in that case, the late-payment rules set out in Section 4.7 apply. A Customer who does not wish the service to be renewed should cancel it in the manner set out in Section 5.5.

5.7.

Renewal does not constitute the conclusion of a new contract; rather, the existing contract continues under the terms accepted when ordering, subject to any amendments of which the Customer has been notified in accordance with Section 18.

Saved Payment Card and Automatic Charging (Payment Arrangement)

6.1.

When a payment is made by payment card in the Client Area, the card is automatically stored in tokenised form with the payment processor for the purpose of charging future renewals and the Customer’s invoices. The payment form alerts the Customer to this with the message „Ovo plaćanje je deo platnog aranžmana.“ (“This payment is a part of payments arrangement.”). Storing the card is mandatory for every card payment — paying by card without storing the card is not possible. A Customer who does not want their card to be stored may pay by another payment method offered or delete the card immediately after payment (Section 6.6).

6.2.

By accepting these Terms when ordering and by paying by card, the Customer — as the cardholder or as a person authorised to do so by the cardholder — expressly authorises the Provider to store a reference (token) to the card whose type and last four digits are displayed in the Client Area and, without the card details having to be entered again and without separate approval for each individual transaction, to initiate, as merchant-initiated transactions (MIT), charges for:

  • invoices for the automatic renewal of the services ordered, for each subsequent billing period (Section 5);
  • invoices for services that the Customer orders or extends in the Client Area and for which the “Card payment” method has been selected, if the Customer does not pay them immediately upon ordering.

The amount of each charge is equal to the amount of the invoice previously sent to the Customer by email and available in the Client Area; the transaction currency is the Serbian dinar (RSD) (Section 4.5); the frequency of charges follows the billing period of the service (most often once a year). The Customer is notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any change in the price or in the terms of the payment arrangement. The authorisation remains valid until revoked, i.e. until the card is deleted or all of the Customer’s services have ended.

6.3.

The automatic charge is made on the due date of the renewal invoice, i.e. on the day the current billing period expires.

6.4.

If a charge fails (e.g. due to insufficient funds, an expired or blocked card or refusal by the issuing bank), the Provider notifies the Customer by email and may retry the charge over the following days, up to a maximum of three times. The Customer may then pay the invoice manually, with another card or by another payment method; the service will not be suspended before 7 days have elapsed from that notice. If the invoice remains unpaid, Section 4.7 applies.

6.5.

After each successful automatic charge, the Customer receives a transaction confirmation by email, and the invoice is available in the Client Area.

6.6.

The Customer may at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason, delete the saved card and thereby revoke the authorisation under Section 6.2 — in the Client Area, on the Saved Cards page (“Billing” menu), or by a request sent to support. Deletion permanently removes the card reference from the Provider’s system, so that the Provider can no longer initiate charges to that card; deletion takes effect immediately for all charges not yet made at that time. At the Customer’s request, the Provider will also ask the payment processor to delete the token itself. The Customer may also withdraw consent to future charges through the card-issuing bank. Deleting the card does not cancel the service: the service continues to be renewed through the issuance of invoices, which the Customer pays by another payment method — if the Customer wants the service to end, the Customer needs to cancel it in accordance with Section 5.5.

6.7.

If the Customer has more than one saved card, the automatic charge is made to the most recently saved card. If the saved card expires, is replaced or is blocked, the automatic charge will fail; the Customer then pays the invoice with a new card, which is stored for future charges.

6.8.

The Customer warrants that they are authorised to use the card with which they pay. Any loss or theft of the card is to be reported by the Customer to the issuing bank, and the card is to be deleted in the Client Area.

6.9.

The Provider keeps a record of the order and of the Customer’s consent (the date, time and IP address of the order and the version of the Terms in force at that time) for the duration of the payment arrangement and for at least three years after it ends, and provides it to the Customer or to the card-issuing bank upon request.

Money-Back Guarantee (30 Days)

7.1.

In addition to the statutory rights of Consumers, the Provider voluntarily offers a money-back guarantee within 30 days of first activation, exclusively for hosting packages: web (shared) hosting, WordPress hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting and email hosting.

7.2.

The guarantee applies subject to the following conditions:

  • the request is submitted within 30 days of the date of first activation of the package, via a ticket in the Client Area or to podrska@beohosting.com;
  • the guarantee applies only to the first order of a given package — it does not apply to renewals (whether automatic or manual), nor to a package that the Customer has ordered again after having already used the guarantee;
  • the amount paid for the hosting package is refunded, whereas amounts paid for other services in the same order (e.g. a domain, an SSL certificate or additional services) are not refunded;
  • the guarantee does not apply if the service has been terminated due to a serious breach of these Terms (Section 11).
7.3.

The guarantee does not apply to: VPS servers, dedicated servers, domain registration, renewal and transfer, SSL certificates, backup and storage space, AI Builder credits, software licences and other additional services.

7.4.

Once the request is approved, the service is terminated, the data on it is deleted and the money is refunded in accordance with Section 9.

7.5.

Labels and promotional messages about the money-back guarantee published on the website refer exclusively to the services and conditions set out in this Section. The guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of Consumers under Section 8.

Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

8.1.

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the date on which the contract was concluded, without giving any reason. Business Customers do not have the right of withdrawal.

8.2.

The Consumer may give notice of withdrawal using the form in Section 20 or in any other unequivocal manner — by email to podrska@beohosting.com, via a ticket in the Client Area or by post to the Provider’s registered office address. The deadline is met if the notice is sent before it expires. The Provider acknowledges receipt of the notice by email without delay.

8.3.

By ordering and paying, the Consumer expressly requests that the Provider begin providing the service immediately, before the withdrawal period expires.

8.4.

The Provider refunds the payments received from the Consumer without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, in the manner set out in Section 9. If the provision of the service began at the Consumer’s request before the withdrawal period expired, the Consumer shall pay an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the moment when the Consumer informed the Provider of the withdrawal, calculated on the basis of the agreed price, and that amount is deducted from the refund. For hosting packages covered by the guarantee under Section 7, the more favourable rule applies — the full amount paid for the package is refunded.

8.5.

The Consumer has no right of withdrawal from a contract for the provision of a service that has been fully performed before the withdrawal period expires, if performance began after the Consumer gave express prior consent and acknowledged that they would thereby lose the right of withdrawal, in particular:

  • for domain registration, renewal and transfer — the service is fully performed upon the entry, extension or transfer, as the case may be, of the domain name registration in the register of the competent registry (Section 12.3);
  • for SSL certificates — the service is fully performed upon issuance of the certificate;
  • in other cases provided for by law.
8.6.

The withdrawal period runs from the date the contract is concluded and does not start to run again upon automatic renewal, since renewal continues the existing contract (Section 5.7). The Consumer may prevent renewal by cancelling before the due date, in accordance with Section 5.5.

↑ Back to contents

Refunds

9.1.

The Provider refunds money:

  • under the money-back guarantee (Section 7);
  • when a Consumer withdraws from the contract (Section 8);
  • upon an accepted complaint, i.e. where the Customer is entitled to a refund due to non-conformity of the service (Section 10);
  • where the Provider made a billing error, limited to: a duplicate charge of the same invoice, a charge exceeding the invoice amount, or a charge made after the Customer had cancelled the service or deleted the card in good time (Sections 5.5 and 6.6);
  • where the service has not been activated (Section 2.3) or the Provider terminates it through no fault of the Customer (Section 17.4);
  • in other cases provided for by law.
9.2.

Except in the cases set out in Section 9.1, the following are not refunded:

  • amounts charged through automatic renewal, regardless of the payment method — the Customer was notified of the renewal in advance and could have prevented it by cancelling at no cost (Section 5);
  • amounts paid for VPS servers, dedicated servers, domains, SSL certificates and additional services;
  • the unused portion of a paid period, where the Customer cancels the service before that period expires.

A charge made in accordance with these Terms is not a billing error merely because the Customer did not read these Terms or the renewal notice sent to the account email address, did not cancel the service or delete the card in time, did not use the service or no longer needs it. By accepting these Terms when ordering (Section 3.1), the Customer confirms having read them.

Refunds to Payment Cards

9.3.

In the event of cancellation of a service and a refund to a Customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the Provider is obliged to make the refund exclusively via the VISA, Master, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the Provider’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account. Payments made to the Provider’s bank account are refunded to the account from which they were made, and PayPal payments to the Customer’s PayPal account.

9.4.

The refund is initiated without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the request is accepted or the notice of withdrawal is received, as applicable, with no refund fee. The time within which the funds will be credited to the Customer’s account depends on the card-issuing bank.

9.5.

If the Customer believes that a billing error under Section 9.1 has occurred, the Customer is invited to contact the Provider first at podrska@beohosting.com — the Provider corrects any confirmed error and refunds the amount without delay. This does not limit the Customer’s right to contact the card-issuing bank. If, after the transaction has been disputed, the bank returns to the Customer the amount paid for a service that was provided in accordance with these Terms, the service is deemed unpaid and Section 4.7 applies, and the Provider reserves the right to claim the unjustifiably disputed amount in accordance with the law.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

10.1.

The Customer may lodge a complaint if the service has not been provided in accordance with the contract, because of an error in billing or charging, or for any other reason provided for by law — via a ticket in the Client Area, by email to podrska@beohosting.com, by telephone on (+381) 60 3535 720 or by post to the Provider’s registered office address. The Provider acknowledges receipt of the complaint without delay and keeps a record of complaints received, which it retains for at least two years. The Provider responds to a complaint no later than 8 days from its receipt and resolves an accepted complaint no later than 15 days from its submission; that period may be extended only once, with the Consumer’s consent. The detailed procedure is described on the Complaints and Refunds page.

10.2.

If the service does not conform to the contract, the Consumer has the rights provided by the Consumer Protection Act — to have the Provider bring the service into conformity within a reasonable time and free of charge and, where this is not possible or is not done, the right to a proportionate price reduction or to terminate the contract with a refund of the proportionate part of the price for the period of non-conformity and for the unused period.

10.3.

The Provider is required by law to participate in proceedings for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. If dissatisfied with the response to the complaint, the Consumer may initiate proceedings before a body for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes included in the list of the ministry of the Republic of Serbia responsible for consumer protection (vansudsko.must.gov.rs). The proceedings are free of charge for the Consumer. The Provider’s electronic address for service in such proceedings is podrska@beohosting.com. If the Provider rejects a complaint, it specifically informs the Consumer of this option.

10.4.

The Consumer may also contact the ministry of the Republic of Serbia responsible for consumer protection or the market inspectorate, as well as the competent court (Section 19).

Rules for the Use of Services

11.1.

The Customer undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law and these Terms. In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • sending unsolicited email (spam) and bulk messages without the recipients’ consent;
  • posting or distributing unlawful content, including content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
  • distribution of malicious software (malware), phishing, fraud and data theft;
  • attacks on other systems, including DDoS attacks, scanning and unauthorised access;
  • use of resources in a manner that jeopardises the operation of the server or of other users (e.g. cryptocurrency mining or open proxy services on shared hosting);
  • content that incites violence, hatred or discrimination, or that constitutes sexual exploitation of minors.
11.2.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content they upload to the services and for the security of their applications (regular updating of the CMS, plugins and passwords).

11.3.

In the event of a breach of these rules, the Provider warns the Customer and grants them a reasonable period to remedy the breach. In the event of a serious breach or an imminent threat to the security and operation of the system or to third parties (e.g. active malware, sending spam, attacks, manifestly unlawful content), the Provider may immediately suspend the service or remove the content in question or disable access to it, of which it informs the Customer without delay.

11.4.

Reports of unlawful content and abuse should be sent to abuse@beohosting.rs or podrska@beohosting.com. The Provider, as a hosting service provider storing third-party data, acts on reports and on orders of the competent authorities in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act (Zakon o elektronskoj trgovini).

Domains and SSL Certificates

12.1.

For .rs and .срб domains, the Provider acts as an accredited registrar of the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS) and performs registration services in the name and on behalf of RNIDS, in accordance with the General Terms of Registration of National Internet Domain Names and other RNIDS acts, which form an integral part of the agreement for those domains; by registering a domain, the Customer enters into a contractual relationship with RNIDS. For international domains, the Provider operates through accredited registrars and partners, under the rules of ICANN and of the competent registry. The Customer is the registrant (holder) of the domain and accepts the rules of the registry.

12.2.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the registrant data and for ensuring that the domain name does not infringe the rights of third parties (trade mark, business name, personal name, etc.). Domain disputes are resolved in the procedures provided for by the registry rules, and the Provider acts in accordance with the decisions of the competent bodies.

12.3.

The domain registration, renewal or transfer service is performed when the registry enters, extends or transfers the domain name registration, as the case may be; configuring DNS records and other ancillary services are not part of that service. If registration is not possible (e.g. the name has been taken in the meantime), the Provider refunds the amount paid.

12.4.

Domain renewal takes place in the manner set out in Sections 5 and 6. The Provider is not liable for the loss of a domain that has not been renewed because the Customer cancelled the renewal or did not pay the renewal invoice. Restoring an expired domain, where permitted by the registry rules, may involve additional costs in accordance with the registry’s price list.

12.5.

The transfer of a domain to another registrar is carried out in accordance with the registry rules; the Provider does not withhold the information required for the transfer, except in cases permitted by those rules. The Provider does not charge for or attach any conditions to a change of registrar (transfer) for .rs and .срб domains.

12.6.

SSL certificates are issued after verification carried out by the certificate issuer; the Customer shall provide the requested information and documents, and the time required for issuance depends on the type of certificate and the issuer. Free certificates issued automatically with hosting (e.g. Let’s Encrypt) are provided without any specific guarantee from the issuer.

12.7.

For .rs and .срб domains the following also applies: (a) a complete request received on a working day by 12:00 is processed by the Provider on the same working day, and a request received later on the next working day; (b) the Provider answers enquiries about domains within 24 hours on working days at the latest, and enquiries sent on a non-working day within 24 hours of the next working day; (c) registration starts immediately after the order, so the Customer loses the right to withdraw from the contract once the domain is entered in the Registry; (d) disputes concerning registration are decided by the Dispute Resolution Commission at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, whose jurisdiction the Customer accepts by registering the domain; (e) domain abuse is reported to abuse@beohosting.rs, and the Provider forwards the report to RNIDS within 48 hours at the latest. Rules and procedures are published on the page Domain registration rules (in Serbian).

Service Availability (Uptime)

13.1.

The Provider guarantees server availability of 99.9% on a monthly basis. The following are not taken into account in the calculation: scheduled maintenance of which the Customer has been notified in advance, force majeure, interruptions caused by the Customer’s actions or content, interruptions at third parties beyond the Provider’s control (e.g. registries, DNS operators and telecommunications operators) and large-scale DDoS attacks.

13.2.

If availability in any month falls below the guaranteed level, the Customer is entitled, upon a request submitted within 30 days of the end of that month, to an account credit proportionate to the period of unavailability, up to a maximum of the monthly fee for that service. The credit does not exclude or limit the statutory rights of Consumers in respect of non-conformity of the service (Section 10.2).

Backups and Responsibility for Data

14.1.

For hosting packages, the Provider makes automatic daily backup copies and retains them for the period stated in the package specification. For VPS and dedicated servers, backup is not included unless ordered separately.

14.2.

The Provider’s backup is an additional protective measure, not a substitute for the Customer’s own copies: the Customer shall regularly make and keep their own copies of their data. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to restore data from the available copies but does not guarantee that a copy for any particular point in time will always exist or be complete.

Limitation of Liability

15.1.

The Provider is liable, in accordance with the law and without limitation, for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.

15.2.

In all other cases, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business opportunities or other indirect damage, nor for the loss of data of which the Customer has not made their own copy, and the Provider’s total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the service to which the damage relates in the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage.

15.3.

The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from force majeure; interruptions and errors at third parties beyond its control (domain registries, certificate issuers, telecommunications operators, payment systems and banks); the Customer’s content and applications; unauthorised access resulting from careless safekeeping of access credentials; or the Customer’s failure to pay for or cancel the service in time.

15.4.

As a hosting service provider storing third-party data, the Provider is not liable for content stored by the Customer if it did not know of its unlawful nature and if, as soon as it became aware of it, it removed that content or disabled access to it, in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act.

15.5.

The limitations in this Section do not apply to Consumers to the extent that they would be contrary to mandatory consumer protection regulations, nor do they limit the rights of Consumers in the event of non-performance or non-conforming performance of the Provider’s obligations.

15.6.

The Customer is liable to the Provider, in accordance with the law, for damage and third-party claims arising from unlawful content or from use of the services contrary to these Terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

16.1.

The Provider undertakes to protect the Customer’s privacy. It processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti) and the Privacy Policy — only data that is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract, billing, compliance with legal obligations and informing the Customer. The data is accessible only to employees and business partners who need it to perform their work and who are obliged to respect the principles of privacy protection. The Customer may unsubscribe from the marketing mailing list at any time.

16.2.

The payment processor receives only the data necessary to execute the payment transaction. The Provider neither receives nor stores the full payment card number or the security code (CVV2/CVC2); it stores only the token reference and the data referred to in Section 4.4, for the purposes of automatic charging and displaying saved cards to the Customer.

16.3.

Domain registrant data is forwarded to the competent registry. For .rs and .срб domains, RNIDS does not publish the personal data of individuals; for legal entities and sole traders, the business name, registered address and registration number are public, and at the registrant's request protection from public disclosure of data is activated. For international domains, data may be publicly available in accordance with the registry rules (WHOIS/RDAP). The Provider uses registrant data only to register and maintain the domain and does not use it for other purposes, including marketing messages without separate consent, nor disclose it to third parties, except to RNIDS or the competent registry and on the order of competent state authorities.

16.4.

Notices concerning services, invoices, renewal, charges and security are an integral part of the contract and are sent regardless of whether consent has been given to receive marketing messages.

Cancellation, Suspension and Termination of the Contract

17.1.

The Customer may cancel a service at any time, free of charge, by submitting a request in the Client Area or to support, with effect at the end of the paid billing period or immediately. No refund is given for the unused portion of the paid period, except in the cases set out in Section 9.1.

17.2.

The Provider may temporarily suspend a service for non-payment (Section 4.7); where this is necessary to avert an imminent threat to the security and operation of the system, the network or third parties; on the order of a competent authority; or for a serious breach of these Terms. The Provider informs the Customer of the suspension and the reason for it without delay.

17.3.

The Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect, by notice sent to the account email address, if the Customer commits a serious breach of these Terms or fails to remedy a breach within the period granted. In that case, a Business Customer is not refunded the amount for the unused period; a Consumer is refunded the proportionate part of the price paid for the unused period, less the damage suffered by the Provider as a result of the breach.

17.4.

The Provider may also terminate the contract without giving any reason, subject to a notice period of at least 30 days, in which case it refunds the proportionate part of the price paid for the unused period.

17.5.

After a service ends, the Provider may permanently delete the Customer’s data once 30 days have elapsed; until then, the Customer may request retrieval of the data, provided that all outstanding debts have been settled. After that period expires, the Provider is not obliged to retain the data, unless required by law or by a competent authority.

Amendments to the Terms and Changes to Services

18.1.

The Provider may amend these Terms for justified reasons, such as changes in regulations or in the rules of registries and payment systems, the introduction of new services and payment methods, technical and security changes or changes in prices and business policy.

18.2.

The Provider notifies Customers of amendments by email and by publication on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Amendments that are exclusively for the benefit of the Customer or that result from changes in regulations may take effect earlier.

18.3.

Amendments do not apply to billing periods that have already been paid — unless they are for the benefit of the Customer or result from changes in regulations — but apply from the next renewal. A Customer who does not agree to the amendments may cancel the service before the renewal at no cost whatsoever, in the manner set out in Section 5.5; if the Customer does not do so, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the amendments.

18.4.

If the Provider changes the features of a service in a way that adversely affects the Consumer and is not minor, the Consumer may terminate the contract at no cost whatsoever within 30 days of the notice of the change or of the change itself, whichever is later, with a refund of the proportionate part of the price paid for the unused period.

18.5.

The current version of the Terms, with the date of the last amendment, is always published on this page; the Provider provides previous versions upon request.

Final Provisions

19.1.

The contract and these Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Where a Consumer has their habitual residence outside the Republic of Serbia, the choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence, where that law applies.

19.2.

The parties will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably. Disputes with Business Customers fall within the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade having subject-matter jurisdiction. Disputes with Consumers fall within the jurisdiction of the court determined by law, and the Consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution (Section 10.3).

19.3.

If any provision of these Terms proves to be null and void or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions; the relevant statutory rule applies in its place.

19.4.

These Terms are drawn up in the Serbian language. Versions in other languages are provided for information purposes, and in the event of any discrepancy, the Serbian version prevails.

19.5.

The Provider delivers notices to the account email address and/or in the Client Area, and the Customer delivers notices via a ticket in the Client Area or by email to podrska@beohosting.com.

19.6.

This version of the Terms is effective from 5 October 2026 and applies to all orders and payments made on or after that date. For contracts concluded before that date, it takes effect upon the expiry of 30 days from the date on which the Customer was notified of it by email; however, provisions that are exclusively for the benefit of the Customer apply immediately. The previous version of the Terms was effective from 30 September 2026.
